This great Nicaraguan coffee comes from an the Selva Negra Estate in Matagalpa, Nicaragua. It is shade grown. Certified organic, and certified by the Rainforest Alliance as coffee that's grown using sustainable farming practices.

This is a bold coffee that can stand up to milk. There are natural hints of cinnamon and it has a wonderful strong coffee flavor without bitterness.
